This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for driven SLPs who are passionate about helping middle and high school students succeed. Two exciting roles are available: one focused on a secondary education caseload and another providing services across multiple sites through a mixed itinerant schedule.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY considered)
  • Certification to work in school settings
  • Experience working with either middle or high school students, or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt communication and therapy approaches for a diverse student population
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to meeting IEP goals and compliance with state/federal guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students referred for services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with general and special education teams to ensure supportive learning environments
  • Document progress and maintain accurate student records as required by district and state standards
  • Provide direct and consultative services within both classroom and pull-out settings
  • Engage in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

  • Full-time, 4 days per week schedule for greater work-life balance
  • 190-day contract beginning July 17th, 2026
