In this position, you’ll work closely with students in pediatric school settings, making a meaningful difference as you address a range of communication needs. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP-CCC certification
  • Experience with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive speech/language assessments
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and state/district documentation standards
  • Ability to organize and manage a diverse student caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders, such as articulation, fluency, language, and voice
  • Screen, assess, and identify students’ unique challenges and strengths
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with educators and families
  • Maintain detailed documentation, tracking student growth per state and district guidelines
  • Partner with teachers, special education personnel, and administrators to foster an inclusive atmosphere
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, supporting the development of meaningful goals
  • Ensure timely and consistent therapy services for all assigned students
