Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Greer, SC

Key Qualifications:

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience providing therapy in pediatric and school environments preferred
• Solid understanding of a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
• Ability to conduct student screenings and assessments, with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Team-oriented, with excellent communication abilities for engaging with educators, parents, and administrators

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility and ongoing needs for therapy support
• Design individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals through collaboration with teachers and families
• Monitor and document each student’s progress in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to goal-setting and progress evaluation
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment in partnership with school staff
• Maintain an active caseload, ensuring all services are provided on schedule
