Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Experience with pediatric populations in school settings
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive speech/language assessments
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Knowledge of IEP processes and state/district documentation standards
- Ability to organize and manage a diverse student caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders, such as articulation, fluency, language, and voice
- Screen, assess, and identify students’ unique challenges and strengths
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with educators and families
- Maintain detailed documentation, tracking student growth per state and district guidelines
- Partner with teachers, special education personnel, and administrators to foster an inclusive atmosphere
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, supporting the development of meaningful goals
- Ensure timely and consistent therapy services for all assigned students
