Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • In-depth knowledge of screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning for students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy to students addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language challenges
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborating with teachers and families to set measurable goals
  • Maintain thorough records and track progress in accordance with school regulations
  • Partner with teachers, special education teams, and administrators to ensure an inclusive learning environment
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development for students
  • Efficiently manage a caseload, ensuring the quality and timeliness of all services
