The position involves working primarily at Lake Forest Elementary (3-4 days per week) and additionally at Woodmont Middle School (1-2 days per week), totaling 37.5 hours each week.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid South Carolina SLP License required
- South Carolina Educator Certification necessary
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in school-based settings is strongly recommended
- SLP Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) applicants may be considered; SLPAs are not eligible
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student potential and supporting diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and consultative support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
