Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy documentation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across multiple age groups
- Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with families and fellow educators
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs and promote academic success
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with educational standards and legal requirements
