Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy documentation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across multiple age groups
  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with families and fellow educators
  • Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs and promote academic success
  • Maintain thorough records in compliance with educational standards and legal requirements
