Elementary High School School Speech Language Pathologist - Greer, SC

Desired Qualifications:

• Current SLP certification and active state licensure.
• Experience working with children from elementary through high school.
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Capable of developing individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic school setting.
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students across various grade levels.
• Conduct assessments to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and student progress in compliance with district and federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student goals.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions and adjust strategies as needed to meet diverse needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
