Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLP certification and active state licensure.
- Experience working with children from elementary through high school.
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders.

- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students across various grade levels.
- Conduct assessments to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and student progress in compliance with district and federal guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student goals.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions and adjust strategies as needed to meet diverse needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
