This full-time contract role covers a maternity leave from September 14th through November 30th, offering you the chance to support an established caseload of 50-60 students at the elementary level. Work onsite in a collaborative setting dedicated to student success, with opportunities for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to contribute and grow.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold current SLP-CCC certification or be eligible as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload of elementary-aged students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
  • Must be available to work onsite throughout the assignment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Complete evaluations, maintain relevant documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to best support students’ communication needs
  • Implement individualized therapy plans focused on student strengths and areas for growth
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
