Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- School-based experience strongly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and progress monitoring
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students pre-K through 12th grade
- Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual or group) in accordance with IEPs and school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Conduct screenings, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student goals and progress
- Support students with a wide range of communication challenges, from articulation disorders to language and fluency needs
