Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • School-based experience strongly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and progress monitoring

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students pre-K through 12th grade
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services (individual or group) in accordance with IEPs and school policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Conduct screenings, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student goals and progress
  • Support students with a wide range of communication challenges, from articulation disorders to language and fluency needs
