Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid SLP license for practice in Nebraska, or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop treatment plans and set measurable goals based on assessment findings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and review processes
