Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in K–12 educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, student-focused environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for students on caseload
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services individually and in small groups
- Offer family and teacher education to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
