Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working in K–12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, student-focused environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for students on caseload
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services individually and in small groups
  • Offer family and teacher education to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
