Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current (or eligible for) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Active license approval by the respective State Board of Speech Language Pathology

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
  • Document and monitor student progress accurately and consistently
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to coordinate care
  • Provide education and support to families, fostering involvement in the therapeutic process
