Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for students with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions aimed at achieving targeted speech and language objectives
• Track student progress through precise documentation and regular progress updates
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care
• Educate and empower families to become active participants in their child’s therapy

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid or eligible state Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with students, families, and colleagues
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
