Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid SLP license for the state (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to tailor individualized treatment plans and collaborate with families and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement therapy sessions
- Provide direct speech and language services to students TK-5
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to monitor and communicate progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all education standards and best practices
