You’ll collaborate as a valued professional at one elementary site, working closely with a diverse caseload of approximately 40-45 students. This full-time opportunity spans roughly 160-170 days, providing a structured yet dynamic schedule to support both you and your students’ success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid SLP license for the state (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to tailor individualized treatment plans and collaborate with families and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement therapy sessions
  • Provide direct speech and language services to students TK-5
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to monitor and communicate progress
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with all education standards and best practices
