This full-time, contract opportunity runs for 160-170 days and involves working with students from transitional kindergarten through fifth grade. You’ll manage a manageable caseload of approximately 40-45 students at a single elementary site, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering individualized support.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in school settings highly preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs collaboratively with teachers and families
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
  • Passion for making a positive impact in early education

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and design targeted intervention plans for elementary students
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Track and document student progress in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support each child’s growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
