Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Hold or be eligible for state licensure or certification as required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Prior experience working with students in a school-based setting beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals
  • Passion for helping children overcome speech and language barriers
  • Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to determine student speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with established targets
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings within interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student consultations, and professional development sessions
