Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure, or eligibility to acquire
  • Experience in pediatric settings, ideally in schools
  • SLP-CCC preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and in-person therapy models
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and virtual speech-language therapies to students
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders
  • Document progress and update IEPs in collaboration with school teams
  • Communicate goals and progress to parents, teachers, and staff
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in meetings and support educational staff as a speech-language resource
