Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Groton, Connecticut

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates welcome
• Experience in school-based and/or pediatric therapy strongly preferred
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
• Deliver services in person and/or via teletherapy as needed
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
