As a Speech-Language Pathologist contracted to serve a school community, you’ll collaborate with educators and families, helping students achieve meaningful goals in communication and language development.

What you bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcomed
  • Experience providing services in a school-based setting highly desired
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as needed
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals as part of IEP teams
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy sessions (individual and group)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in eligibility, annual, and progress meetings, sharing updates and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Offer consultation and support to staff regarding communication strategies in the classroom
