This unique contract opportunity runs from January 5, 2026, through June 1, 2026, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in both elementary and preschool settings.

Enjoy a varied weekly schedule! From January 5 through March 27, split your time across 3 days at an elementary school and 2 days at a vibrant preschool center. Then, beginning April 13 through the end of the school year, focus your energy and skills four days each week at the preschool center, supporting early intervention and language development.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in school-based SLP roles, especially with preschool and elementary-aged children
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to adapt treatment plans to diverse learning environments

Primary responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and deliver evidence-based therapy to students with communication, language, or speech disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on student progress and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to promote consistent support
  • Provide consultation and resources for classroom teachers to integrate speech-language strategies
