Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience with school-aged children, ideally in K-8 settings
  • Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring within a pediatric or school-based context
  • Effective communication with students, families, and school teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to K-8 students
  • Manage a caseload of 18 students, delivering a total of 2,700 minutes per quarter
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Document progress, collaborate with educators and families, and attend team meetings as needed
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based services
