Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with school-aged children, ideally in K-8 settings
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring within a pediatric or school-based context
- Effective communication with students, families, and school teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to K-8 students
- Manage a caseload of 18 students, delivering a total of 2,700 minutes per quarter
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Document progress, collaborate with educators and families, and attend team meetings as needed
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based services
