Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC certification
  • Current license to practice in Ohio
  • Previous experience working with pediatric and school-based populations (K-12 preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse student needs
  • Skillful in both individual and group therapy models
  • Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering speech-language services to a caseload of 38 students across grades K-12
  • Completing up to 7,160 total therapy minutes per quarter (max 30 hours per week)
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments, writing and updating IEPs, and maintaining compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication development and academic achievement
  • Utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough, timely records
