Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or CFY welcome)
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads, working with high school-aged students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability, particularly with teletherapy
- Ability to manage IEPs, progress reports, and consultation with parents and staff
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat high school students with a diverse array of speech and language challenges using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services personnel to support student progress
- Engage in teletherapy sessions and/or in-person interventions as needed
- Monitor student achievement, maintain accurate documentation, and provide progress updates to teams and families
