Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or CFY welcome)
• Familiarity with school-based caseloads, working with high school-aged students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability, particularly with teletherapy
• Ability to manage IEPs, progress reports, and consultation with parents and staff

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat high school students with a diverse array of speech and language challenges using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services personnel to support student progress
• Engage in teletherapy sessions and/or in-person interventions as needed
• Monitor student achievement, maintain accurate documentation, and provide progress updates to teams and families
