Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting junior high students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming school environment. This full-time, onsite contract position is dedicated to covering a maternity leave and offers the chance to have a meaningful impact on students’ communication growth.

The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through October 6, 2026. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and staff, providing essential speech therapy services to junior high learners in a supportive setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and active SLP-CCC licensure for the state of Ohio is required
  • Prior experience in a school setting, working with junior high or similar age groups
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to support students and teachers
  • Ability to create engaging therapy plans tailored to the needs of junior high students
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions onsite
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Monitor student progress, update records, and communicate outcomes to parents and staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide training or guidance to staff as it relates to speech and language development strategies
