Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting highly regarded, but not required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable with both onsite and hybrid service delivery
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 40 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver speech-language therapy to students grades K-5
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student learning
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Utilize your own therapy space for planning, sessions, and student engagement
• Participate in IEP meetings and school team initiatives
