Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC and eligibility for relevant state licensure
  • Experience in a school-based setting, preferably with both Autism and general education populations
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, individualized treatment planning, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to supervise SLPA and support their clinical development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 15-20 students, providing direct and consultative speech and language services
  • Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and strengths
  • Supervise SLPA in daily therapeutic activities, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations
