Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC and eligibility for relevant state licensure
- Experience in a school-based setting, preferably with both Autism and general education populations
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, individualized treatment planning, and progress monitoring
- Ability to supervise SLPA and support their clinical development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 15-20 students, providing direct and consultative speech and language services
- Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and strengths
- Supervise SLPA in daily therapeutic activities, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations
