School Speech Language Pathologist - Grover Beach, CA

This opportunity is for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services in a contract role. With a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, you’ll focus on delivering high-quality speech and language support to middle school students, helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Applicants with more than two years of experience will enjoy a highly competitive pay rate of $125 per hour.

What you’ll bring:

• Current SLP-CCC credential
• Hands-on experience in a school setting—middle school experience is especially valued
• A minimum of two years of recent clinical speech-language experience
• Ability to work 100% onsite (no teletherapy)
• Strong familiarity with SEIS or a willingness to quickly learn
• Confidence working independently with middle school caseloads
• Positive, collaborative communication style with staff, students, and families

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Working closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student achievement
• Monitoring progress and maintaining detailed documentation in SEIS
• Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
