Pediatric Speech Therapist in Groveton, NH

Key Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (or eligibility) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Strong pediatric background, ideally in school settings
• Experience conducting speech/language and communication evaluations
• Previous supervision of SLPAs (or readiness to mentor/support paraprofessionals)
• Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and contribute to eligibility/team meetings
• Supervise and mentor 2 dedicated SLPAs, supporting their daily activities and professional growth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication needs
• Participate in ongoing IEP meetings, collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress, maintain compliance with all federal and state education standards
