Speech Language Pathologist in Grovetown, GA

Make a difference in students’ lives as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting school communities in an enriching contract opportunity. You’ll play a vital part in fostering communication skills and enhancing learning experiences for students with speech and language challenges. This position is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with immediate start through late May 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold active Georgia SLP license and GaPSC Educator Certification (must provide verification)
• SLP-CCC credentials preferred
• Background in school-based speech-language pathology highly valued
• Skilled at conducting evaluations, writing and implementing IEPs, and progress tracking
• Effective communicator, comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
• Reliable transportation required for onsite support

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to students per IEP mandates
• Complete comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and targeted interventions
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support positive student outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in alignment with district and state regulations
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEPs, and professional development as needed
