Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Comfortable working with diverse age groups, including elementary and high school students
  • Open to new graduates; mentorship provided for clinical fellows

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to students both individually and in group settings
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and document student performance and progress
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and assist with the development of goals and supports
  • Help foster a supportive, communicative classroom environment
