Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active MS SLP license or ability to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates (CFs) also encouraged to apply
• Experience within a school-based or pediatric setting highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of assessment tools, individualized education plans (IEPs), and state compliance policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of student speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech/language services to students in individual and group settings
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support collaborative outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational recommendations
