Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, new graduates (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, and staff
  • Offer consultation and support in classroom settings as needed
