School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Gustine, California

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized care plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a variety of communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
• Offer guidance and support to students, their families, and educational staff
