You'll support a manageable caseload of 55 students—with only 8 requiring case management—enabling you to focus on quality therapy and thorough assessments throughout the school year. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive providing direct face-to-face intervention and are comfortable conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations as needs arise.

Whether you’re an experienced SLP, hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or are a SLPA, your skills will be highly valued in this supportive environment. The position encourages collaboration, allowing you to develop your craft and play a vital part in students’ educational journeys.

What we’re seeking:

  • Active state licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLPA (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
  • Proficiency in managing diverse speech/language needs and conducting a variety of assessments
  • Commitment to providing direct in-person therapy and support
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities for ongoing case management
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering engaging, person-centered therapy sessions on-site
  • Conducting thorough speech and language assessments as needed
  • Managing a small case management workload (8 files)
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
  • Contributing to IEP meetings and collaborating with faculty and staff
