Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience or enthusiasm for mentoring SLPAs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite two hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person clinical supervision for the onsite SLPA, following ASHA and local guidelines
- Review and co-sign documentation and treatment notes
- Offer regular feedback, guidance, and support to ensure best practices
- Coordinate with school staff on caseload needs and student progress
- Maintain compliance with all supervision and reporting standards
