Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Supervisory experience or enthusiasm for mentoring SLPAs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite two hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person clinical supervision for the onsite SLPA, following ASHA and local guidelines
  • Review and co-sign documentation and treatment notes
  • Offer regular feedback, guidance, and support to ensure best practices
  • Coordinate with school staff on caseload needs and student progress
  • Maintain compliance with all supervision and reporting standards
