Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for Maryland
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred but open to clinicians with strong clinical skills
  • Comfortable with K-12 caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and implement therapy for K-12 students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, counselors, and support personnel to develop student-specific IEPs
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with school staff and families
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to SLPAs
  • Adapt to both full-time and part-time schedules as needed
