Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students presenting with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, personalized therapy plans
  • Lead engaging, goal-focused therapy sessions
  • Diligently monitor and document student progress, updating treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
  • Involve and inform families throughout each step of the therapy process

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also welcome
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a supportive team
