Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license for Missouri
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, and speech disorders
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s success
• Split your time evenly between a special education preschool and an elementary school, engaging with a diverse population of young learners
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, family conferences, and staff development as needed
