Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of IEP process and experience delivering direct and consultative therapy services
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and small group settings
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's IEP
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain timely documentation of services, progress reports, and required paperwork in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Offer consultative support and strategies to educators to foster inclusive learning environments
