Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY welcome)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or the drive to obtain it
- Experience in pediatrics, educational settings, or healthcare
- Skill in delivering therapy onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Understanding of diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and meeting each student’s unique challenges
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessment and intervention for students K-12
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans targeting each student’s goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment where communication milestones are celebrated
