This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., most likely serving a high school caseload. You’ll play a critical role in helping students develop their communication abilities, working alongside a collaborative team of educators and professionals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP licensure (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve positive outcomes
