Speech Language Pathologist in Hamilton, GA

Caseloads will be tailored to each SLP’s expertise and the specific needs of the district, creating meaningful learning experiences for students.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia SLP license (required)
• GaPSC Educator Certification (required)
• SLP-CCC preferred; SLP-CFYs will also be considered
• Previous school-based experience in SLP settings strongly desired
• Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
• Commitment to working onsite (teletherapy candidates will not be accepted)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
• Participate in Multi-Disciplinary and IEP team meetings, offering clinical insights and support
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine treatment needs and progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with educational and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals to advance student outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented school environment
