Make a significant impact on student communication and growth during the 2026/2027 school year, working with a committed educational team near Hamilton, OH. Two Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract opportunities are available: one full-time position spanning the entire academic year, and a part-time (0.8 FTE) role providing maternity leave coverage from August 19 through September 30.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Valid SLP-CCC credential
  • Ohio state SLP licensure (in good standing)
  • Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of student assessment, IEP processes, and service delivery models
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for supporting diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP development and reviews
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all therapy sessions and student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Provide guidance, education, and support for staff and parents on speech-language development
