Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Holds or is eligible for Indiana state licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
- School-based experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs in the 5th-grade population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings.
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school environment.
