Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; recent graduates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible within a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational plans
  • Monitor and report on student progress; adjust strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes
