Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility as an SLP in Indiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; applications from CFYs enthusiastically accepted
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary professionals to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on speech and language goals
