Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; recent graduates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus, but not required
- Ability to adapt and be flexible within a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational plans
- Monitor and report on student progress; adjust strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes
