A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status. This role supports students from kindergarten through 5th grade at an elementary school located approximately one hour north of Wilmington, NC.

In this position, you will manage a caseload of about 45 students, delivering tailored speech and language therapy services that promote effective communication and academic success. The role is full-time, requiring 39 hours per week, with a contract duration extending until June 11, 2026.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid SLP license with CCC or CFY credential
  • Experience supporting pediatric and school-based populations
  • Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning for K-5th grade students
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while collaborating with teachers and families
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in need
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly
  • Collaborate with educational staff and caregivers to enhance student outcomes
