Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, healthcare, or teletherapy environments is an asset
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech-language disorders
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents at a variety of developmental levels
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Recent graduates (CFY) and experienced professionals are welcome
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse K–12 student population
- Develop and implement individualized educational program (IEP/504) goals
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services in individual and small group settings
- Track, document, and share student progress with teams and families
- Actively collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to foster student achievement
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
