Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Hampton, VA

For the 2026-2027 academic year, we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive communication support as part of a multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time, contract opportunity following the school calendar, with an hourly rate of $45–$55 based on experience.

In this rewarding position, you will:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through high school
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized IEP/504 goals
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services tailored to students’ needs
• Accurately track and document progress, ensuring ongoing communication and appropriate adjustments
• Participate in the broader educational team to promote optimal student outcomes

Desired qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience with pediatric or school-based populations is advantageous
• Candidates with backgrounds in teletherapy, SLP-CFY, and SLPA are encouraged to apply
