Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Proficient in evaluation and treatment of a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work with students, staff, and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Adaptable, organized, and passionate about making a difference in students’ lives

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide individualized therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of services, progress, and evaluations
• Participate in meetings, training, and consultation with staff and families to support student success
• Deliver direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
• Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
