Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Proficient in evaluation and treatment of a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work with students, staff, and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptable, organized, and passionate about making a difference in students’ lives
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide individualized therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of services, progress, and evaluations
- Participate in meetings, training, and consultation with staff and families to support student success
- Deliver direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
