Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with children or within school environments is highly valued
- Knowledge of IEP processes, speech/language assessments, and therapy documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the education team
- Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support to educators and families
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely records of student performance and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster an inclusive, engaging environment that promotes student growth and confidence
