This opportunity offers a full-time caseload and welcomes both SLPs (CCC and CFY) and SLPAs with the appropriate Virginia licensure. Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP or SLPA license
• Credentialed to work with K-12 populations
• Experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment tailored to students’ individual communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and documentation requirements
• Participate in school meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
