Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure for North Carolina (NC SLP License)
  • Demonstrated experience providing speech and language services in school settings
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct assessment, therapy, and intervention to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student progress reviews, and team consultations
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as school policies
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
