Ideal Qualifications:
- Holds an active SLP state license and educator certification
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working within school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with students from elementary through high school
- Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of a varying caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students from grades 1 to 12
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ academic and personal growth
- Engage in regular communication with staff and parents to maximize student support
