This full-time opportunity welcomes both seasoned professionals and those in their Clinical Fellowship Year, as well as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY applicants)
  • Valid state licensure and/or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Recent experience in school-based settings (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to fostering student development and educational progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with various speech, language, and communication needs across K-12 grade levels
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Consult and coordinate intervention strategies with teachers, counselors, and parents
  • Maintain thorough records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
  • Provide guidance and support for classroom strategies to enhance communication and learning
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language development
