Step into an impactful role supporting students across a K-12 school district as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity is conveniently located near Hanover, PA, and spans from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering 35 hours per week during the traditional school year.

In this position, you’ll provide direct speech and language services to students district-wide, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their educational potential. Your expertise will facilitate improved classroom participation, social interaction, and learning outcomes for children of all grade levels.

Qualifications:
• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
• Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required—please submit both with your resume
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, ideally with diverse K-12 caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to onsite engagement across multiple school buildings (virtual options are not available at this time)

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy to students one-on-one or in small groups
• Offer consultation and support to classroom teachers
• Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Serve as a resource for families, educators, and support staff throughout the district
