Speech Language Pathologist in Hanover, PA

Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives by providing expert speech and language services in a school setting serving grades K-12. This onsite opportunity runs from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. You’ll be an essential part of a supportive educational environment dedicated to fostering communication skills and academic development.

Key Qualifications:

• PA Speech-Language Pathologist Certification required
• Active PA Teaching Certification required and must be submitted with application
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with a K-12 population preferred
• Thorough understanding of IEP processes and best practices for delivering speech therapy services in schools

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct onsite speech and language therapy to students throughout a building-wide K-12 population
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations in line with federal, state, and local timelines
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student learning and progress
• Maintain timely documentation, progress reports, and service logs as required
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team gatherings as needed
• Provide consultation and support to educational staff to enrich student success
