Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification as an SLP.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and collaborative service delivery.
- Teletherapy and in-person service delivery experience a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a variety of student caseloads.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and regular progress reports.
- Provide therapy in both individual and group formats; opportunities for teletherapy may be available.
- Support and mentor CFs as applicable.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
