Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Hanover, Pennsylvania

Support students’ growth and communication skills by providing Speech-Language Pathology services in an engaging, contract-based role. Multiple positions are open for the upcoming school year, with both full-time and part-time schedules available. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active SLP licensure in the state (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and/or educational environments
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students on your assigned caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related specialists to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student
• Contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt service delivery models, including both in-person and virtual/teletherapy approaches
• Offer guidance and mentorship to SLP-CFs, if applicable
