Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP licensure in the state (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and/or educational environments
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students on your assigned caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and related specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student
- Contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary IEP meetings as needed
- Adapt service delivery models, including both in-person and virtual/teletherapy approaches
- Offer guidance and mentorship to SLP-CFs, if applicable
