Speech Language Pathologist in Hanover, PA

Positions are open for the new school year, with 6-8 slots available to accommodate a range of caseloads. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Background in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
• Comfort and proficiency delivering therapy in person or via teletherapy platforms
• Ability to manage and adapt to various caseloads, tailored to different student needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with educators, families, and fellow professionals

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and direct interventions for students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy services in accordance with educational and medical best practices
• Maintain accurate and timely records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
• Engage in parent and teacher consultations to support students’ functional communication across school environments
