Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility) for Pennsylvania
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
  • Background or strong interest in pediatric SLP services
  • Experience or comfort working in educational settings
  • Flexibility to provide in-person and/or teletherapy services
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students with communication disorders
  • Deliver speech therapy interventions via direct or virtual methods
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program development
  • Support students in achieving academic and social success
