Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification as an SLP.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and collaborative service delivery.
• Teletherapy and in-person service delivery experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a variety of student caseloads.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and regular progress reports.
• Provide therapy in both individual and group formats; opportunities for teletherapy may be available.
• Support and mentor CFs as applicable.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
