Make a direct impact on students’ lives by providing speech-language services in educational settings for the upcoming school year. Positions are available for four on-site Speech-Language Pathologists at three unique locations near Hanover, PA, with placements that cater to a range of age groups, needs, and professional experience levels. This rewarding contract position spans from August 2026 through May 2027, offering 35 hours per week.

Openings include:

  • Dover: Full-time SLP in an elementary school with a focus on Autistic Support, working with a caseload of 45 students, many utilizing AAC, and no case management responsibilities.
  • New Oxford: Full-time SLP in middle grades (4–8), supporting regular education, learning support, life skills, and Autistic Support students. This role includes a blend of case management and related services.
  • York Learning Center: Full-time SLP providing support to complex-needs students in one building. Expect an emphasis on AAC, no case management, and frequent collaboration with OT, PT, and sensory specialists (caseload: 45).
  • York Tech: Flexible position for a part- or full-time SLP working with high school students, focusing on transition planning and real-life skill development (full-time caseload: 55, part-time: 30).

Requirements:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP and Teaching Certificates.
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy.
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CF (with supervision fee covered by agency), or SLPA (SLPAs accepted though not recognized for licensure in PA).
  • Strong skills with AAC and teamwork.
  • Onsite availability; virtual applicants will not be considered.
